LIC for our "2 Bridges" run. It'll be awesome.

When: 7:30PM (We are departing at 7:35 so don't be late)
Meet at: McCarren Park track near Driggs (at the recycling bins)
Distance: 4.95 miles
As always, all paces are welcome. We'll be breaking up into pace
groups and I'll be tagging along with the "not as fast" group, so we
can all finish together and do some core as a group.
