Under the guidance of coach Chu, we'll be leading a simple 6X400 track
repeats with 200 recoveries. For those running the 5th Ave Mile your
surges should be mile pace, and the 200 a nice and easy jog. For those
coming out for a regular workout adjust the pace to 5K tempo. So come
on out to the McCarren Park Track tonight!
